Greetings! This is Sananda through Elizabeth Trutwin, March 5, 2014. We are preparing for times on Earth that have never been seen before. Never. Many of you have come to Earth for this role and you are being called into Service. We have been working with you refining your energies. Many of you have been taken up to the Ships and you have memories of this. For those just waking up, be gentle with yourself. You will come into deeper understanding gradually. It takes time. The stage is set for upheavals of magnitude proportion on Earth for the next few months which will birth in the greatest period of abundance, beauty, love, truth, justice and peace ever known on Earth.

Veronica, my dear, it is happening: people are being lead to the truth as if by accident. It matters not what route they take, it is happening. People, who in the not too distant past, were totally blind to the truth, are now waking up. The excitement this creates produces a light so magnificient, it can never be extinguished.

You dear ladies, Jean [What's the 'Real' Truth] and Debby [ExtraTerrestrials] have played leading roles in the awakening of humanity. You trusted your innate instincts, for in your hearts you knew that you were on the right track. Note:  I am not sure that I agree with him when he say that it will take 100 years for the soil to recover from the damage done by GMO crops.  My understanding is that the advanced technology that will be used to clean the planet can do so in record time.  -S.C.-

Ponder on these wise words. It is important that you fully understand them. You are creating your future. Do not be alarmed at the bodily changes you are experiencing. They are preparing you to become the Beings of Light that you are. Like the butterfly, you are emerging from the chrysalis, awakening to who and what you are. Do not be alarmed when you experience EXTREME HEAT or COLD, DIZZINESS, alterations in your way of dealing with life, sleep, eating habits, etc. See each change as a stepping stone to fulfillment. There is no need to feel alarmed or seek medical help. It is a natural process. Welcome it.

Everything is happening at a pace that is acceptable to each of you. All will become clear in the fullness of time. The chains that bind you are falling away. You are becoming free of all restrictions. Go forward with confidence, as this is your true path.
