Light is Information ~ The Role of the Sun in Our Evolution

I have been reading a little bit about what the Sun does for us and how extremely powerful it is for our spiritual evolution.  Not much is available in any detail, and mostly the Sun is often only referenced as part of the great solar system.  But it is far more crucial to our connection to source that we understand at this time. Again, I reference Earth:  The Pleiadian Keys to the Living Library that dedicates the larger part of one chapter to this very topic.  Since learning of this, I have made a concerted effort to connect, commune really, with the Sun as a way to receive the amazing and unmatched teachings that it offers everyone.  One thing in particular that has stood out among the wonderful ideas about the Sun is that it knows us - it knows what we need and feeds us impulses to prompt us to move forward into our divinity.  This is going to happen whether we are aware of it or not.  I feel what is useful about consciously acknowledging this as we communication with the Sun, is that it accelerates the process because a relationship in our wakeful everyday existence is established.  This kind of intimacy with the Sun goes a long way in bolstering our ascension.  

Aisha North has received the following message which I find utterly wonderful and much needed.  Finally, an in-depth explanation of our relationship with the wonderful Sun, and everything it can and will do for us.  One of the points the above-mentioned book makes is that we should not shield ourselves from the Sun.  Sun block, sunglasses, fear of the Sun, etc, are all a fallacy.  This is more disinformation that prevents us from receiving the plethora of cosmic knowledge which the Sun is offering.  Next time you are out in the Sun, drink it in, communication with it, absorb it into all parts of your body and soul.  Ask to receive codes, upgrade your DNA and burn off anything that does not serve your highest joy!. As you are all aware of now, what happens in the sky is an integral part of what is going on within your body. For your body does not constitute your limits in any way, far from it, your body constitutes the receptor that enables you to connect ever deeper to everything that is around you. The people of the Earth are all in the process of transformation on every level. Human life as they have known it is changing and from those changes comes ways of living that will be far better for everyone. It is not an easy time during this process and so there is a need for faith in the vision of a better world for all. Certainly the outer world does not reflect the higher vision during these times as it goes through the changes but it is already a template on the higher planes of life. This is where all changes begin and then work their way into the physical. Humanity as a whole has chosen the changes that are occurring and some changes happen suddenly and others will take a longer period of time. Patience is needed for those of you who have been doing the work for many years.

Here's the dealio - it is time to drop that which no longer works!  We are being told this, left right and center, for a reason.  How is that done?  In a nutshell, it is about changing how we think by our exercising conscious effort. And listening to what our heart is telling us.  Having a negative thought or emotion?  Switch gears.  Move into your heart space.  Feeling blamed, or playing the victim?  Stop what you are doing, grab a cup of tea and go sit down.  Close your eyes and breathe into your heart.  It might be feel taut or even physically painful because there are all kinds of knots in there.  It is much easier (or used to be easier) deferring to the mind (warning:  tread at your own risk.)  Ask yourself, "Where is my heart guiding me?  What is my heart telling me?  What does my heart want me to do?"   I say this because this is the very same lesson I, too, am learning.  But I can speak confidently when I say that this is a practice - the more you do it, the better you become at it, and changes will take effect. Bear in mind that this is not an emotion or impulsive prompting.  It is a contemplative and thoughtful unfolding that will be understood as coming from Truth. It will get to the point that consulting your heart or higher mind will be the only thing that feels comfortable - everything else will begin to feel awkward and bulky.  The heart (en)lightens everything.  It never insists or pushes us - it waits patiently for us to enter.  Reflecting on the heart is like learning a new language:  worlds open up, and new a communication is born.  -Sharda-

Aisha North ~ A Short Update on the Energies

This is a really good message.  A little long but necessary, so I will keep my comments brief.   As happens on a regular basis, what I read in a message such as this (the ones that focus front and center on our personal transformation) I have just experienced directly within myself a day or two prior to reading the message.  This is a really good thing because I can vouch for what the Higher Beings on Light are telling us, and in this instance (as with many from the Miss Aisha) they are absolutely accurate and well-timed.  Today I had the 3rd (and I believe, last) in a series of initiations.  Explaining initiations is a whole essay in itself.  Generally there is build of to them, they don't usually just happen out of the blue (although they can), because it is a process, there are steps involved (often steep and tiresome and ones we swear we've climbed before) as we are "prepped" for their coming to fruition.

This began for me about 2 weeks ago and completed today.  I promise to write about the topic at length because I feel this is not really talked about and I feel it is crucial to understanding why we experience certain things.  It will shed much-needed light onto what often times feels like a great deal of futility as we go through these processes.  Trust me, they are not futile.  As Aisha points out, there is an incredible amount of light coming in and squeezing the darkness from deep within all time and memory - how could it be anything but painful.  I even hesitate to use the word painful because it the kind of discomfort that bears witnessing.  So when it happens, observe it, send it love, send love and light to the "thing" that is being worked on, that issue, that old mind-set, the guilt, burden, belief or feeling of less-than. Whatever it might be.  For me, the subtext of a bigger picture was my holding the space for the collective - which is a pretty big one.  And one I either signed up for or bought into.  Or both!!  (Insert smiley-face thingy.) 

I cannot tell you the level of discomfort I underwent these past several weeks.  Enormously old and really sticky stuff, some of which I am sure is handed down from the blood line, was looked at, as it came in waves.  And if what you are going through is causing the body to react, regard it as a serious signal and take heed.  For me, when something "has to go" I feel a weakness in a certain body part which tells me that I will be disempowered if I go in a certain direction, whatever it might be at that moment.  Pay attention, take pause and observe.  And most of the time what accompanies these passages is a great deal of emotion that can make us feel we have reverted to our adolescence.  Don't judge, or qualify or hate - send love and light, it is the most efficient way to clear a path.  (Note:  Given that this is a particularly trying time, feel free to write to me if you have questions.  I will be happy to do what I can to help.  nycfengshui@gmail.com.)  -Sharda-

As many of you have already noticed, the energetic activities over the last few days have been nothing if not on the heavy side, and this will indeed continue for quite a while yet. We hear the groans of discomfort already, but let us hasten to add that you will feel a lightening in your bodies as these energetic injections continue. For you are opening yourselves more and more to these emissaries of the light, and as such, it will be as if your body automatically manages to adjust and rearrange itself in such a way, this prolonged period of heightened exposure will become more than bearable. We know that for many, this will fail to reassure for you will feel as if at a breaking point already, but again we say, know that all is well, and you will all find a way to breathe into those constricted parts of your being to lessen the pressure somewhat.

Brief back story:  John Allen has been communicating with Big Foot for some time now.  He and his family, children included, have had what might be considered social or recreation interaction with the Sasquatch.  It has only been recently that John has been receiving messages from the arch angels.  He works in conjunction with Marc Gamma, and that too is a new thing for the two of them.  A while ago, perhaps several months, AA Rafael told Marc Gamma that he would not be using Marc anymore for the purpose of receiving messages.  Instead, he would be utilizing another individual for this work.  It turned out that the person AA Rafael chose was John Allen.  Pretty cool stuff and just the sort of playfulness we should expect from the angelic realm.  So...tomorrow looks to be hugely significant.  I have to take care of some order of business (taxes) which I hope does not interfere with anything that I might partake of.  And yet we have been told that no matter where we are situated, whatever news or newness or realization we are to receive, "it" will indeed take place regardless of what we are doing or where we are.  This is feeling like Christmas!  -Sharda-  (Note:  The Pleiadians also refer to this as a "game".)

I had not felt our connection before last night. I have felt a big connection with Archangel Raphael and he even showed me physical validation a few times. Last night I heard you tell me that you were my higher self. But I have not had any major explosion of realization. Can you help me? 

Let me begin by saying that we are all one. There is no need to separate us in your heart. You are used to doing this but there is no need any more. Marc is correct. We are one but you are in the process of being exactly what you were meant to be. You are finding your way beautifully. You will feel many more things than just oneness with me. Look around you. Can you see the connection? Can you?

Yes. It is more like I know the connection is here. 

Good. That is correct. Now as this all plays out you will be brought together, closer to your remembrance of it. Marc is searching as well. Both of you are feeling the doors as they are opened for you but you both cover more ground when you work from different places. When Marc feels that you are involved in a move that he must make, then you must also choose. Do not follow one another. There is nowhere to go. Both of you are there where you should be. You must bounce this back and forth to one another. If something does not feel right then feel your way around in the dark some more until you find your key.

We know that many of you are having difficulties in the current energies. "what is going on?".....so many of you are asking as you deal with a physical reality that seems to be going a little crazy.

"What am I doing here?"...is another question we are asked, and so we will answer your questions in terms of the New Reality and a new Perception of Time and Space.

Please understand that when you passed through the Great Portal of 2012 you entered into a completely new relationship with Time and Space. Many of you became Rainbow Light Warriors and you began to also work with Time, with Timelines and with Quantum Jumping between Timelines. It is this new aspect of your work on Earth that is creating these deep feelings of confusion and anxiety. This is the first time that you have attempted this form of Time Perception and Creation in the Human Form. It is because you have now activated your Light Body and your Multi-Dimensional Being that you are able to access a new perception of Reality.
