I found the message to be of particular interest because of how She addresses very key points in our human psychology. Really, there cannot exist genuine and lasting spiritual growth without weeding out the lower thought-forms. She explains that more refined will is one that will lead us from self-centeredness to self-love and onto greater creative prowess. The energy of the remainder of this year is cumulative and ideally designed to support and nurture our soul-centered way of being. This is the kind of message I will read multiple times because I want to get the most benefit from the specific changes. Plus it helps as a visualization, that can only further our efforts. What confirms the message for me however, is that I already had several symptoms that she speaks of. Today in fact, just after having a very wholesome small cup of soup, I had terrible stomach cramps in the upper abdomen. Not like anything I ever experienced. Naturally I thought it odd and decided to wait it out (though not much choice as I was on the subway). It did pass and I forgot about it . Then I came home and read this.
