Crystal energy is a profoundly spiritual, highly empathic energetic imprint that has come to the forefront with adults born in the 1950s and 1960s and the younger generations born after 1976. The early Crystals brought a highly concentrated form of the Crystal energy to the planet, preparing it for the children who would come later.

Crystal energy is thoughtful, sensitive, highly intuitive and very spiritually connected. This energy does not integrate well into the third dimension and having it can be burdensome, especially in a world that is so materially focused.

Imagine being able to feel and sense everything, whether positive or negative around you, 24/7. An Empath can’t turn off empathy (unlike someone who is perhaps ‘empathising’). It is possibly one of the most challenging of psychic gifts to master. I am an Empath who has spent nearly two decades, since awakening, mastering my empathic nature. It is an ongoing process. Calling All Empaths ~ You Can Come Out Now, It's Safe

This topic is finally getting some play.  If you are an empath, like others with similar gifts, you know what it means to be closeted about your talents and how strenuous it can be to appear normal when everything around you is silently communicating.  To be automatically tuned into what are other people's wave-lengths, to be hyper-aware of energies of all kinds, puts the empath in touch with a bit more information than s/he knows what to do with.  If you look at someone you can know their inner emotions and sometimes why they have them; if someone speaks to you, you automatically know if you are getting the whole story or if it is being edited or embellished; if you open an email, you can know another's motivation in writing it.  And the list goes on.
