It is with the purest vibration of love and peace that we send our energy to greet you; we are the combined essence and consciousness of the Celestial White Beings of the Cosmic level and the Galactic Council of Twelve who oversee spiritual matters and evolution from a Galactic Level. We first wish to reassure you that all is well and that you are achieving your ascension process on the Earth with divine perfection, guided as always, whether you are conscious or not, by the will of the Creator. It is important for us to share with you that there are no set rules or expectations on our behalf for the time we are all experiencing now. Each person may have different experiences triggered by the divine will of the Creator and their personal perspectives and intentions.

Master Kuthumi ~ Preparing Ourselves for the Ascension Shifts

This message by Master Kuthumi is brimming with guidance and insight, some of which may not be so easy to ingest.  The lessons are very direct and delve into the deeply-embedded roots of our attachment to 3-D.  These teaching are not unlike the teachings of Patanjali's Yoga Sutras or the Bhagavad Gita, which suggest a complete emptying of the fluctuations of the mind in order to gain peace.  Just for starters. 

This message is a little lengthy, but well worth the time and effort it will take to really discern what is required of us as we journey more resolutely forward.  The "shift" is becoming more tangible, and as that happens, we need to be prepared for changes that may seem like losses. The techniques that are outlined will most likely take more that one try to get right.  This is the kind of message that will need to be read several times, perhaps, in order to infuse ourselves with its wisdom.  -S.C.-

It is with the love of the Creator and great delight that I step forward to greet you today. My love is embedded within your being always, supporting and nurturing you with every moment of your ascension. For many of you I have been by your side since your first activation of ascension within your being. As a world teacher alongside Master Jesus, it is my purpose to guide you as to the will of the Creator for ascension on the Earth. As you are aware you are existing in most amazing and exciting times, where shifts are occurring every moment within your reality and the united reality of the Earth. 

These shifts will only develop, enhance and accelerate over the coming years as we all draw ever closer to uniting as one with each other and the Creator. There is so much fun, enjoyment and miraculous experiences coming into your reality at this moment and in the future of the Earth. Please know that the Earth will remain with you through all these shifts until you are ready to change your dimensional energy and begin a new progression. The Earth will support you as we move through December and into 2013, please know that you are safe, protected and loved by the Creator, please know that everything is perfect at this moment on the Earth and within your being.

Over the next few months, and even year, you and the Earth will experience a fall, a loss, almost a death or the feeling that the end is here. I do not say this to bring fear into your sacred energy but to make you aware, it is the death, loss, fall or end of old energies or of reality as you know it. It is an energetic death or loss rather than a physical. You are moving through these shifts now, you are losing many parts of your being and the way that you identify with yourself but you understand and recognize that this is necessary for you to achieve a greater state of bliss on the Earth. It is important to remember that whether you are on the Earth or the inner planes, the experience of letting go of attachments and unneeded energies are very similar. On the inner planes we are watching you all release so much, we are also dissolving illusions and becoming more united on the inner planes. We are working upon advanced processes of dissolving self, even dissolving the separation of our being as a soul or soul group.

This message from Anthena Arcturus is about the very important quality of the 5th chakra, the throat chakra, and it's deep implications.  I know a little something about activating the throat chakra from my work with healers and shamans.  The throat chakra is our link between our outer expression of our internal perception of ourselves; our balancing point for the heart/head connection.  If we have at all been suppressed, unable to fully express our truth, and quashed by bullies who tried to control us, then we learned that not speaking up was the way to remain safe.  We've had to protect ourselves and in doing so shut down the very important role that our voice plays in our life.  But the time has come to turn that around.  

Working closely with my own shamanic healer, I came to realize that when we speak up for ourselves, we are allowing for the energy of the throat chakra to expand.  As well, speaking our truth without fear or shame or doubt will result in further opening the throat, which then supports our life by honoring who we are.  On the one hand it is simply a matter of awareness, of knowing we own our power and that we can at any time reclaim it.  The method that this channel gives for reclaiming our power is by chanting the monosyllable OM.  OM can be used on anything for any benevolent reason.  Chanting OM a few minutes each day with dramatically improve one's sense of well-being.  I have used it many times and am always amazed by the immediacy of its effect. 

I need to state the obvious here and that is that being given messages like this is a very important tool for our spiritual growth.  I feel there are not enough channels giving practical advice about the "how" of uplifting ourselves.  Many are concerned with talking about ascension, wishing and hoping for disclosure, etc, and all that is truly wonderful, but not much at all about technique.  Personally I am a big proponent of chanting mantras (it is something I do daily) and have periodically posted some things here.  The point is to expand the vibrational field of our light aura, and chanting is the easiest and funnest way to do this. We often only think of the heart chakra or soul as holding tremendous wisdom but the throat chakra is divinely connected to the source of truth that is the Creator as are all your chakras. The throat chakra has always observed your soul and heart expression as well as expressed the wisdom of the mind, there is so much wisdom held within the throat chakra which is akin to memories or energy patterns of vibrations that have passed through the throat chakra. More so the throat chakra is one of the greatest tools you hold to express the light and wisdom of the Creator at a physical level. When you move beyond the dimensions of the Earth the throat chakra plays less of a role within your reality although it continues to act as an expression of energy but also acts as an amplifier of the heart and truth that radiates from within. It is important to acknowledge the presence of your physical body as well as the presence of your chakras, for they will change as you evolve and shift through dimensions adjusting to what is needed for your further expression of yourself.

There is a great wonderment within the minds of many at this stage of ascension, a feeling of infinite possibilities coupled with the process of change and development. This is a most beautiful existence that breeds experiences that are free from limitations. For many the mind is wondering in a positive and also negative frame of thoughts about the possibilities of humanity's future, but it doesn't matter whether these thoughts are negative or positive because they are assisting the mind in opening to a new reality and perspective. If you believe in the existence of change, equality among all and the manifestation of love then you are already creating it. If you doubt the existence of such energies then your doubts are creating a process of positive creation and understanding to co-exist within your being. The wisdom that I wish to share with you today is focused upon your thoughts and perspectives. I wish for you to accept that there is no right or wrong thoughts. Breathe this perspective into your being; let it flow through your mind like a wave of light. 

Archangel Metatron: The Blessedness of Water

This subject of this message is so beautiful and practical, and sets a tone for us that I don't think I have ever witnessed before.  The topic of water is discussed at length and gives us an entirely new way of looking and thinking of water.  And incorporating it into our spiritual practice for the purpose of ascension.  In truth I love this message because of how it speaks to a very important aspect of Feng Shui,  Feng Shui translates as wind and water,   If there is a singular element in Feng Shui that takes precedence, it is water.  Second to that might be light. 

How water is used in ritual, how it is contained, what our attitude towards it all add up to how it impacts our life.  We mustn't take it for granted and should be very careful about really honoring it and cherishing it.  If you have ever read anything by Dr. Masaru Emoto, then you have a very good idea what I mean.  If you have not, or would like a refresher, here is an interview with him.  -S.C.-

It is with love and joy that I step forward to communicate with you today. It is with great delight I reassure you that the vibration of love upon the Earth is increasing and unfolding with each new day. Your efforts to embody light and love are greatly appreciated and honoured; you are assisting in the creation of the Era of Love upon the Earth. 

Upon the inner planes we are achieving and putting into place many sacred plans that have been long awaited by many. In truth it is as if we are organising a most beautiful festival, there is so much to focus upon in order to enact the will of the Creator. This beautiful festival or celebration I speak of is the ascension process that is occurring and will continue to occur upon the Earth. For a festival or celebration you would probably decorate the area and maybe even ensure you are wearing your most glorious clothes. We are achieving this energetically for the Earth at this moment, we are preparing Mother Earth and humanity so they shine brightly come the time of the magnification in December 2012.
