From Poof and Susan: The times mentioned years ago are now upon the planet. Chaos is everywhere and distrust and greed, corruption and despair as well as very little security plus a lessening of faith in anything the government tries to fix or gets involved in. All of this and more is what Poof talked about when he was known as TruthWarrior over a decade ago. These are the times.

Yet there is a silver lining and as he said, the times would be harsh, intense, seem unending, but they will be overcome. Our job is to hold on and hold up our faith. It is to remember that for this we were born, and that our vision must be far more than feeding our selfish, self-centered motives.

Want to see how quickly your inheritance leaves you? Fail to be a good steward of what comes your way and watch it diminish over night. For it will. This is a test. Repeat. This is a test. Do good. Stay legal, be aligned with universal principles and, if you don't know what those are, start searching. You will need them. The time of deceit is soon over.

Greetings and salutations,

The theme this week that I’m seeing is about accountability and cooperation and coming in from the cold. If you have been in isolation for a while, are you feeling the desire to meet up with like-minded/hearted others awakening and coming out of seclusion, too? Are you tired of going it alone? It’s like the splitting of the worlds Poof often mentioned. It’s saying enough to war and competition and lack and limitation and fear.

Like the Buddha who sat under the Bodhi tree declaring he wouldn’t budge until he attained enlightenment. Are you feeling your inner buddha doing that with the conditions in the world in which you no longer want to participate?

What’s different this time is that the energetics are supporting this upliftment. It’s saying, “I won’t be a slave anymore. I won’t give away my power to others whom I have been conditioned to hold above myself. And I’m not afraid of you anymore.

We’ve all been, more or less, conditioned to be this way. This is why change must start within each of us. You don’t need to march in the streets or call undue attention to yourself. Sitting in the quiet and privacy of your own home accomplishes the same thing.

Lord, You know there are many Americans who look to the people's House as uncertainty about the future of the economy and their livelihoods hang in the balance. Petty partisanship and ever–politicizing rhetoric should have no place at all when men and women of goodwill come together to serve the common good.

We ask again that You bless the Members of the people's House with the understanding that it is their work to develop the strategies and plans to assuage the fears of their fellow countrymen and –women.

We ask again that You impel those who possess power here in the Capitol to be mindful of those whom they represent who possess little or no power and whose lives are made all the more difficult by a failure to work out serious differences.

May all that is done today be for Your greater honor and glory.

There have been some interesting "signs of the times” this week.

Panama announced the closing of its banks from Friday, September 27th through October 2nd. The explanation to its people has been a software upgrade and a complete auditing of the country’s banking system.

The German government announced on Friday "the world banking system is experiencing a complete ‘melt down’ ".

The changes are slowly appearing. The corruption this country has sustained since the US became a corporation in 1872 is beginning to be exposed with its long-awaited remedies.

 Constant movement to completion has been taking place. Many are distracted by the media events, which have been like spooks chasing you in your dreams, scaring the crap out of everyone, who lends them an ear.

This past week was a very busy week behind the scenes as we read in the newspapers that the FDIC (US Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation) voted to accept the Basel III accords.


Everyday bit by bit the pieces of the puzzle lock into place. Yes, I agree with you it’s never as fast as we would like to see it happen, but please remember a lot of these events are first time occurrences in the history books. Now let’s get some answers from ZAP…

Hi All

Interesting week it has been. The rot that ate the foundations is being replaced by new concrete foundations, and our mother and her kids are about to take a deep breath and breathe.

All is poised now, and the countries have agreed to move forward now with speed, and install the new global financial infrastructure. This is, by needs, a very complex process and fraught with the usual amount of bugs that such systems have, particularly when the bugs are the terminally greedy folk that prey on a consistent basis.

However, as with all redundant systems whose time has come to pass away into shadows of years gone by, and dissolve into a grey formless and forgettable vapor, the cabal is vanishing into the ethers to be replaced by a strong and healthy system that actually serves the needs of the people in all countries: the Divine Plan.

I guess we can say that we are fortunate to be living at this time to witness such an event. Sure… But how about being part of it in much greater definition than just sitting back and straining at the thought of millions upon millions to fall into your lap, and what you can do with it.

Question:  Every week we hear "this is the week" for us to get deliveries, after a while we become immune to the propaganda. We see nothing week after week yet are asked to believe that all is going well and we will be greatly rewarded for our patience without any logic or reasoning behind the statements. You may see progress at higher levels moving funds all around the world but we need to see and hear some type of progress that we can monitor at our level to know it's real.

Answer:  Although this is perfectly understandable, throwing out sensitive information while the forces battle behind, will upset the balance one way or the other.   If you were doing battle with a foe, would you want that foe to know what you were up to?

Q.  Why at this point in the process can't someone speak in "plain talk" and be more accurate on exactly where we are right now in the pay out process? With the events of the last few weeks behind us now please let us know our current status and provide your reasoning as to why you think we will be notified and an update on when.

Will we really be receiving enough funds from F&P to help make big changes in our society or will it be just enough to put an extra $20 or $30 in the offering plate on Sunday? How about the PP funding?

THE F&P ARE REALLY A SMALL PART OF THE OVERALL PLAN UPSTAIRS HAS FOR OUR HUMANITY, AND WILL PROVIDE A BIT MORE THAN $20 ON THE TABLE, BUT IT WILL NOT BE ENOUGH TO BEGIN ANY REAL SIZE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECTS – THE PP FUNDING IS SCHEDULED IN, AND THAT WILL CERTAINLY PROVIDE FOR THE PROJECT SIDE ON A GRAND SCALE

When the RV occurs will the economy in the US immediately see the effects like gold dropping back to the $500-$700 range and pricing of retail items in our stores reflect the 60's pricing if not then over what period of time will our economy gradually drop its values and pricing?

Seems things have come full circle with President Xi visiting President Obama in California at Sunnylands, “Camp David of the West.” One of President Reagan’s favorite spots. As it was President Reagan who gave the go ahead the Connecticut Trustee and his team for all of this to start for the US many years ago. The news reports Obama is pressing Xi on the Cyber Attacks issue and both men are getting to know one another which was mostly fluff for the public's consumption. The first 15 minutes of their meeting was really the historic part of the visit with agreements and document signings pertaining to our programs and the RV which put the payout phase into OVERDRIVE! Now you know why this meeting wasn't a formal head of state meeting at the White House, important world changing events needed to be done, no time for all the fancy stuff.

Every damn doc has been signed and left no reason to hold back from flipping this world on it’s head. If you’re looking for the sense of that, just remember, some folks don’t believe fat meat’s greasy. Hope you all are enjoying the holidays, as best you can. Some of you heard, some folks have hit the banks already. Some will deny such a thing because they don’t know anyone who went. That’s ok, there are non disclosures that get signed, which locks people’s lips for 90 days. Some may have heard some old contracts are being paid out. Don’t be surprised to find out the big O people were not the first on the list to be paid out, the point being, all is orderly and the oldest stuff goes first. So like the lunch line in school, the time is here to be served, just wait your turn. Tho some bankers took off for the holidays, not all did and continue to work right thru the weekend. It’s international…the whole world! The [US] is just a pivot point on everything but, it does not run the change over. For the fans of rvs, take look at this, things are moving despite the great silence out here..

Time has caught up to everybody out here, many institutions that have run the world, have lost their leases and charters and no one will start them back up by taking up the leases and charters. The time has finally arrived, the folks who live in the rafters have met and put an end to this long wait for this world to be made right. To put our behinds to work doing what needs being done.

Talk about being able to do their jobs without a lot of ego, many of these folks have been totally unknown by most, living humbly and seeking no attention as to the true purpose of their existence. Even now they seek no attention for what they have done. No public bows and rah-rahs from the crowd. Much personal sacrifice and trying times for whatever reason, they have done their jobs.
As I have said many times, this was not run by the us, the us had to go along with the big picture, after all. To curb a big nation with such a focus on ‘might makes right’, they had to be hit in the money dept to make the point.

Keep borrowing and not paying back makes the foreclosure people, very active to bring it all into control. No one in the world wanted to see the us go down because of a few greedy people so, all attention was put on the folks that caused it and those blowing smoke up American tail, pumping up the egos so, you wouldn’t look behind the curtain and find their dastardly deeds.

No need to feed into all this hair on fire stuff, the folks in the rafters created the smoothest transition into the new system, possible. The Matrix locked in absolutely last sat night, some insiders still don’t know how it works yet, as evidenced by a few trying to steal recently audited and fully collateral backed account of a vip. Within secs the insiders were nailed and jailed, never to see the light of day anytime soon. This is the same back up to every receiver’s account, so no need for concern. Some hacker was trying to steal names out of the data base…..he is now in an undisclosed location. The evidence you want to ‘see’ won’t happen until the word is given to start the ‘announcements’…in the east and the west. This is ‘synchronistic vibrosity’ at work.

Don’t bother trying to find that in your funk and wagnals, I made it up many years ago when I was trying to find a way to describe what I saw at work here. The old system was being taken over by a benign virus that was permeating the entire system.
