Call on Lord Metatron whenever you need help with anything AT ALL. For myself, I have to sort of tune in and get the feeling and sense of his presence when making contact. But this is true for any archangel or ascended master we might work with. It's all about what resonates. By this I mean it makes you feel happy, uplifted in spirit, understood.  You know somehow that your consciousness is being raised.

You can think of "him" as male, but Metatron is actually a powerfully healing, benevolent force of LIGHT which can be androgenous or genderless.

Another wonderful message here from Anna Merkaba herself, the Hathors and Metatron (my personal favorite!).  As usual, I was, and still AM, feeling the early effects of this portal.  For the past few days I've been processing energy which, as always, appears as an external conundrum.  It took me about a half day to realize that this is probably more shedding of the old paradigm programs, but only seems like a life issue.  I got a strong nudge to take the day off yesterday to rest and regroup, which I did.  Then I see this message and the following one by Sandra Walter.   I am experiencing fairly uncomfortable symptoms, but at least I had "cave" time and was able to be still and connect, for which I feel immensely grateful!!! 

I was pleased as well, upon reading Metatron's message below, that I in fact do own a aragonite crystal and I held onto it all through the night.  I have to say I absolutely felt better upon awakening (once at 4:30 a.m.- back to sleep again till 10 a.m.  Typical during these upgrades.).  When I woke up the second time, my body was tingling, particularly around the legs and feet.  Having had these symptoms for many months continually in the past, I knew for certain that something significant was taking place as I slept and allowed the body to integrate, as I am sure it is being assisted by my team of healers.  I realize now as I type this that the situation that prompted me to take the day off was a way for my guidance to "make" me stay home, so that I could take full advantage of the energy.  I do recommend getting a piece of aragonite, they are not expensive at all, and you can get a nice one for 10 bucks.  ~Sharda~

"Greetings Masters!

We encircle each and every one of you with a nurturing energy and with the field of self empowerment, for each of you are truly Masters on your path of Ascension. It is our purpose to offer you inspiration and clarity, but indeed it is once and always requisite that YOU, as a sacred and sovereign BEING, practice discernment with this and any such 'channeled' message.

We will begin this message regarding the remaining '2nd half' of 2013, a truly auspicious year, by addressing the intensity and focal purpose of the complex frequencies taking place.

We will first reinforce the great Truth that the Ascension of the Planet did indeed occur. Humanity in collective consciousness made it so. But we want to clarify it is the graduation of the Planet Earth, an expansion into 12 Dimensions that has taken place. We tell you that the Planetary Ascension is a new beginning. The energies around you and everything within the Earthplane is in a different context. The matrix has absolutely shifted. And for so many of you, the new matrix is not exactly what you anticipated.

What remains before you in the second half of 2013 - Year One of the New Earth will have a quadric phase of intensity.  It is intense, but it is extremely important. It can be managed, but if you do not 'step up' to the challenge, the energies can leave you in states of confusion and apathy.  2013 is a year of formatting codes, and it is within the quadric influx of an equinox, solstice, lunar eclipse and solar eclipse that two incredibly pertinent coded- portals occur. These are the 'Green Ray Activation ' in August and the 'Renaissance Formatting' in September . The latter of which completes in the solar eclipse of November.
