Sacred Arcturian Geometry ~ The Artwork of the Cosmos

How wonderful that we have enlightened individuals to bring us this display of radiant beauty and healing.  This is truly the direction we should be taking now, that of aligning with our Cosmic Consciousness, out galactic heritage.  It feels like a very natural next step of our evolution, and finding this web-site is an important sign-post on the leading edge of our awakening. 

(On a personal note, this is where I want to take this blog.  Or my next blog.  But I will keep this one up for those who may be newly joining us so they can access earlier postings.  I AM far more interested in the next tier of this journey, and of moving away from the earth-human bound trappings and the associated unraveling of those attachments.)

Call on Lord Metatron whenever you need help with anything AT ALL. For myself, I have to sort of tune in and get the feeling and sense of his presence when making contact. But this is true for any archangel or ascended master we might work with. It's all about what resonates. By this I mean it makes you feel happy, uplifted in spirit, understood.  You know somehow that your consciousness is being raised.

You can think of "him" as male, but Metatron is actually a powerfully healing, benevolent force of LIGHT which can be androgenous or genderless.

This is a monumental moment on our beloved Planet Earth, and each and every one of us has been preparing for lifetimes to fulfill our individual, and very unique, facets of the unprecedented Divine Plan that is unfolding daily and hourly during this Cosmic Moment. In September 2014, we experienced miraculous influxes of Light that have changed the course of history for ALL Life on this Planet. Now you and I are being called to a higher service than we have ever rendered to any part of Life.

The Divine Intent of this service is to integrate the amazing Light we received in September into the physical plane and the lives of Humanity, the Elemental Kingdom, and the physical, etheric, mental, and emotional strata of Mother Earth. Throughout the remainder of 2014 we will receive assistance from On High that will amplify a thousand times a thousand fold, the service we are being called to fulfill. This opportunity, which will build in momentum for several years, will begin with the Lunar Eclipse on October 8th. This Eclipse will bathe the Earth with new and unfathomable frequencies of our Mother God’s Transfiguring Divine Love. This gift from our Mother God will build in momentum through the Solar Eclipse on October 23rd. How to Receive Healing Light From Metatron

Receiving healing while we sleep is perhaps one of the most efficient ways to accomplish something we cannot do ourselves, as well as connect us to a higher source of unconditional light and love that works on our behalf.  There is no dearth of possibilities once we start accessing energy that surrounds us, for whichever purpose we assign them.  

In this gift from Lord Metatron via Rev. Caroline Dawley, we are given a very specific, and simple, method for invoking "the Primary Source of Pure Light" as propitiated by Lord Metatron.  I am in great favor of asking for things from the Angels and Guides, and very often do so before I sleep, in which case I am asking for something that needs to go deeper within my system or soul that can happen more precisely when my physical body is at complete rest.  It's fun to get creative with this, you can ask to be healed from karma, from a negative way of thinking, for a relationship conflict - it needn't have to be a physical healing.  

As I write this I am sensing a strong  presence of erudite and compassionate "surgeons" next to me as I type, hovering over my left shoulder.  They are conveying to me that they are waiting to help, they are a team, mostly male, and very eager to do the work assigned them.  I can assure that they have an immense amount of compassion and knowledge, and they want to share it, as they feel it is their joy to serve in this way.

The Next Generation of Light Warriors

I am just going to come out and say it, so forgive me if I sound partial, but there are so many young people doing fantastic healing work and channeling!  I seem to find a new one every week.  It is so exciting and I am truly overjoyed by the proficiency and profundity of their talents and perceptions.  They emanate such light and love and warmth and depth!  From my heart I cam honestly say I feel so good about this because it is a sign that our planet is in good hands, moving into our future.  I feel more of a relief really, as this is a chance to exhale, knowing that the torch is being carried from the previous generation.

Not that the previous generation is going anywhere.  They are not.  But these young kids (I know they are adults, so I say that with respect and affection) are the ones who are going to be running the planet one of these days, sooner than later I hope, and what a wonderful thing that will be.  The singular most common identifying trait in these newly discovered Light Workers is that they come from the heart.  One needn't have to think it or say it because it's self evident.  The expanded awareness of these new humans is undeniably heart-centered.  But there is no other way for them, there is only one option, and that is to live life with love.  Anything less would be untenable.  They didn't learn this somewhere and think it was a good way to be, they came in like this.  They are the personification of hope for a brighter world.

Documentary: "Grounded" ~ An Essential Tool for Optimum Health

"The Earth knew what the patients needed."

My readers know by now how excited I become when I find something that I love and am able to share it.  And this is one such case.  At each turn, it seems something ground-breaking (pun intended), such as this documentary, comes across my computer.  At these moments, I feel immensely blessed and privileged to be the recipient of such vital and compassionate information.  Riveting and essential in the purest and more fundamental way, this documentary exemplifies the meaning of "back to nature".  It's an incredible story, shot extemporaneously, that originates in the snow-covered cabin (an understatement) of the filmmaker in Alaska.  From there, he shares his discovery with the townsfolk and from there, with the world. 

In a recent chat thread in one of my groups, we talked about grounding and what it means and how it feels to do so.  I mentioned that I go to the park and do Chi Gong in my bare feet on the grass, several times a week for 40 minutes.  I feel this routine has stabilized my energy and the sleep I have been getting ever since is unmatched.  My mind is considerably steadier, and my meditations are at a place unlike I have ever experienced.  It's no wonder that the channels keep telling us to ground, stay grounded, ground several times a day, etc., so that the incoming powerful energies can best be utilized and less likely to throw us off our game.  Sage advice that might very well change your life.  -S.C.- 

Video: Manhattan Gets an Increase in Frequency

This video was just too much fun for me.  Once again (this keeps happening.  I am not kidding) I have had a miracle in my life.  I had one of the most crappiest days I have had in MANY months.  Fortunately, it was that same evening of that crappy day that I went to a healing at the META Center.  And so now, two days later, having been infused with a shot of Suzy-ness, the yucky-yuck is gone, and I get to enjoy a burst of fun and excitement that is exhibited in this video. 

I have had the good fortune to participate in several of Suzy Meszoly's evenings with the Himalayan singing/healing bowls.  I am in awe of how powerfully these bowls, with Suzy playing them, affect our whole being - the body-mind-spirit construct.  These highly tuned instruments instantly raise the frequency of the atmosphere, and take anyone within their orbit with them.  They are alive and breathing and ready to serve and to love.  They will seduce you into a state of bliss and keep you there, riding a wave pure resonance.

Then today I had the chance to watch this video wherein Suzy bounces around Manhattan Island - visiting Time Square, riding the Staten Island Ferry and talking to us from the back of a cab!!  All the while she is infusing the density of this impenetrable megalopolis with the unconditional love of the Master Teachers and Lord Metatron.  (She does not directly reference Lord Metatron, someone who she channels, but I happen to feel they were right there, also.)

 My Beloved, welcome the spring in the northern hemisphere and welcome the energies the equinox brought with it. I am aware how much you are groaning under the onrush of these so strong energies. They are more intense than ever, but your bodies can stand them.

These energies bring so much with them in their towline. Events for which you are waiting now so long that you are unpatient like small children before christmas. The biggest events however will take place in your inside, not in the exterior. Don’t look for them there but go into your hearts. There you will find the big changes. Your hearts have been opened and let in more light and love, but also let it out. Because that what you receive, you have to give away so that more love can flow after to you. Into a full glass you cannot fill in more, it will overflow. You must empty your glass steadily and that means that you have to channel the love you receive through your hearts and then give it away.  Don’t worry that the flow of love could decrease. That can’t happen because the portals will open even more and more love and light will flow to earth and to you. The more love you send to your fellow men and your environment the more love can flow after to you.

There is so much going on in this 90-minute interview, I don't know where to begin.  Master Harpist, Peter Sterling, shares his vast knowledge and insight into many areas of our personal and planetary ascension.  He speaks about our DNA, solar flares, the healing and balancing power of celestial music and how the angels literally guided him to pick up the instrument of the harp and play it to perfection.

I am so much better informed after hearing what he has to say, and didn't want the interview to end.  Not to mention that I feel his talents and gifts are something I have not quite seen before; he has direct, experiential knowledge of so many areas, not the least of which is the ability to perceive the crystalline structure of objects, both natural and man-made.  An entirely new facet, or aspect (not sure how to put it) of what ascension is about is exemplified by what he is doing with his music.  It put me in touch with yet another layer of discovery regarding Terra Nova.  I am just fascinated by what I learned, and will listen to it again - something here is resonating very deeply.  P.S.  His explanation of the meaning of co-creation makes it very easy to understand.  I think you will agree.  -S.C.-

This is a time for profound and very deep healing. Just as the earth moves through the seasonal balancing point of Equinox, all of life strives to reach this place of perfect balance. At the point of balance, the energy in the body aligns with the blueprint of Divine Perfection with which each soul has been blessed. To be in harmony with your most authentic Divine self is to be in alignment with the place of balance that provides healing on all levels. This is the true state of Oneness all souls are seeking, even though it may not be conscious.

Refined elements of healing are available to those who are led to a place where they desire balance in their lives. It takes a surprising level of awareness in the western culture to even realize that balance is what one is seeking in life. Most of the ancient systems of healing understand this principle and teach many ways to reach the place of balance within the mind, emotional state and physical body. As all exists as one body, this balance will greatly assist the health of the Earth as well.
