I came across this essay today as I perused my documents. I don't remember publishing it and barely remember writing it. As well, I have not yet found the original channeled message from which these quotes were borrowed. (Commentary following quotes is mine.) But the fact that I did find this piece moments after having my own wonderful meditation, where I did exactly what I write about, is no coincidence.
"At this point, movement is
more important than direction and intention is a more powerful choice than
trying to make the right choice."
The is the
kind of rhetoric I live for. This one sentence say so much about
perspective, how to approach large and small issues, desires and goals in our
life, and about the creative force within us that we are learning so much
about. Movement is more important that direction. To me that
means, "just go, do what you want, take the first, second and third step
and the path will open up. We will find the way because the way has
already found us. We are responding to the vibration of our future
selves, and that is why there cannot be any misstep, we are being prompted to
join in not just the creation of Nova Earth, but our own creation as
well. We are becoming the artists of our own lives.
The script has been
written, but we have final editing rights, we can change it as we go
along. Or not. Our free-will options, while always present, have
never been more potent and in harmony with Creator. We are being richly
blessed in that, not only are we recipients of this cutting edge knowledge, we
are being guided as to how to best utilize it. Use it all, take it all,
because it is infinite and perpetually renewed. We are being given gems -
polished, faceted and ready to set. We are the casement of brilliantly
shining wisdom that is pouring in.
So yes, movement, direction, implies
that we have a plan, a map and a destination. But we don't need those
tools anymore; our internal GPS has gone online and we are free to roam without
fear of getting lost or going astray. We are being asked, in the most
gentle tones possible, in quiet whispers, to be bold and fearless and joyful
as we create what will be our new earth. Part of our awakening takes
place simultaneously as we create and watch the unfoldment that is of our
making; the internal and external are moving in concentric circles to one
another. So again yes, movement. Putting the details of direction
into the hands of our trusted Mother Gaia, our Cosmic Mother, with faith, so
that we can enjoy the NOW of our journey.
"Intention is a more
powerful choice than trying to make the right choice."
Again, it is being suggested that we not worry
about the details of what is the best, what is the most right, or what might be
the outcome of any given decision. What this statement declares is that
intention trumps rational thought, the effort to weigh, measure and pontificate
our choices. That only creates a precarious balancing act to which we
must be in constant attendance. The more enlightened choice, or resolve,
perhaps, is to formulate an intention; such a beautiful and descriptive
word. It's an idea that implies ease, a lightness-of-being about
it. The edges of intention are fluid, they undulate, change and adjust
themselves to our liking. Intention moves in and out with the flow of
energy.
The extent of our emphasis on a subject causes our intention to
adopt itself for its own propagation. When we place into the omnipotent
Universe our intention for the fulfillment of our desire, we are asking to be
taken care of - we put our hearts desire into the hands of God. This is
where we let go and trust that the compassionate and benevolent worker-bees
angels are organizing the details of how this should happen for us. The
work of managing the agonizing logistics are minimized -- we have surrendered
our burden, expressed our wishes and opened ourselves to the world of
possibilities. Needless to say, we must contribute our part by staying
connected to the source of our fulfillment (i.e., connected to our guides) and be particularly aware of the goodness that
will come to us.
Intention is the creative aspect of prayer. Our imagination is our canvas and we can get as large and as
amazing as we want. Each time we do this we are reinforcing our intention
and building on it. "Work less, create more" is something I
heard a long time ago and didn't quite get at first. But the more I
thought about it, the more I understood it. It did not mean to sit idle
and wait for Santa Claus. It means to drop the struggle, cultivate an
environment of receptivity in mind and heart and watch our creative powers
flourish.
The
Universe, Creator, our guides and band of angels are all waiting for our call,
for us to ask for that which we want. Because the truth is, it is what they
want, too. Our line of sight expands each time we connect to
Source. Source wants to do what It wants also, which is to give us the
best possible life, to provide us with what It has so generously prepared to
give.
