Have Four Sections to your List.

1. What would “Mental Heaven on Earth” would be for me

2. What would “Physical Heaven on Earth” feel like for me

3. What would “Emotional Heaven on Earth” feel like  for me

4. What  would “Spiritual Heaven on Earth” feel like  for me

“PAIN” is not TRUTH……by Karen Dover

As usual, Karen's wisdom cuts through the "distortions", as she calls them, of the "old 3D created reality".  The commonly held new age concept of the "pain body" as something that we must accept and deal with is in fact a fallacy - a construct of the repressive and limited thinking that was part of the old Earth paradigm.  What is suggested here is that we can move away from the pain body by understanding that we don't need it at all, and that we have been programmed by guilt and destructive familiar bonds which have kept us in a limited perspective.  We have in a sense been brainwashed to think we must absorb the emotions of others, and by doing so have inhibited our own growth.  Bringing to the surface the illusion of pain and the so-call "pain body", we can begin to shed the idea and adopt a much healthier, loving and light-filled outlook on emotions and spiritual growth.  This is one of the absolute best ways, in my opinion, to assist in the forward momentum of our collective expansion into higher consciousness.   By taking care of ourselves, we project the energy of health and spiritual and emotional well being, which I believe to be a great gift to the world. ~Sharda~

Many of you at this time may be in deep frustration around the manifestation of that which resides deep within your heart space. I have blogged upon the creation of the New Earth and my two latest books Birthing the New Earth and Exiting the Old 3D earth reality cover the various aspects of releasing the frequencies that hold you to the old 3D earth reality.

The “Pain Body” is often talked about and discussed especially within what is termed “spirituality”, this teaching seeks to teach that the “pain body” is that which surrounds our human vehicles. When someone triggers you then you are taught that this is the triggering of said pain body.  This is a deeply distorted teaching for many have anchored this as TRUTH and have allowed the old 3D earth reality to teach them to ACCEPT that the pain body is something that comes along with the human vehicle. This is NOT TRUTH and is not supported within the New Earth frequency realities.  It is a created construct that was taught to those within the old 3d earth reality in order to justify and explain what was constructed in said reality.

 It is SO NICE to be validated.  The greater part of this message articulates precisely what I am experiencing.  Because it is so abstract, 'it' being these changes we are moving through, we sort of sit with them internally and maybe even question what meaning they really have.  In this message by Karen Dover, she pinpoints a very particular aspect of our moving from 3D to 5D.  She says even though we have committed to being in 5D, old paradigm thoughts and emotions still come up.  These dense feelings that are the construct of the now-defunct 3D world, are having their last hurrah.  I am seeing this in my life right now, and doing my best to observe those things as they move out and away.  The 3D, and the ego, is trying to assert itself onto our energy signature - but it cannot work.  So in the process of the last-ditch effort of the faded paradigm, we may experience some useless fear and doubt.   Not to worry because "your SOUL will place you in scenarios which are DESIGNED to trigger any little residue that remains in order that you can SEE it and therefore dissolve it".  Breathe.  Release.  We've reached an amazing level of understanding and freedom.  -Sharda-

As the energies expand rapidly the human life experience at a waking conscious mind level may APPEAR to be very chaotic, it may appear to be very confusing and once again many of you may be facing the “puzzle” that the old 3D earth reality loves to pull out and persuade you needs to be solved.  It is important during this expansion that you are able to discern between that which is termed a “distraction” and that which is in fact an “interaction”. These two scenarios are not interchangeable and one will see you pulled back into the logical mind whilst the other will show your human logical mind where it works best, that is in HARMONY with the HEART space.

Video: Why These Most Recent Energies Make Us Feel Strange

I am going to let this video speak for me.  If I were to comment about precisely what is transpiring as of this moment, it would be what is spoken of herein.

I have been unable to articulate anything on my blog these past 10 days or so.  I have been wanting to comment - I have at least some modicum of thoughts and opinions - but I just can't seem to get there.  This is the longest stretch of time I have gone without writing at least a small essay about what is going on with Me and the Energies, the Energies and Me. And I want to tell you what is happening - it is some of the most exciting stuff I have felt - ever.  And yet, I keep to myself.  I simply cannot explain it. I wake up in the morning and pretty much stay in bed.  I make a cup of hot lemon water and honey, and go back to bed.  And wait.  I wait for a thought.  A motivation.  And idea or inspiration that will make me throw the covers off and say, "world, I am ready for my day!"  Instead I am enveloped by a stillness that is only matched by the profound silence of snow-covered mountains in the middle of winter.

L keep waiting, figuring at some point I'll get pulled away from whatever "this" is and get back to the business of life.  But from all the signs I am getting, I can honestly say that that's never going to happen.  Not the way it used to, anyway.  No - those days are over, that much I can confidently say.  I know it - there is no turning back.  There never was, really.  But up until now, it seemed we might be able to at least pretend that things that are familiar in our world might resume their usual pace.  Now even that remote sense of the past is long gone -  we've turned a cosmic corner, nothing is as it was and it is only going to become more strange.  Each time one of these "moods" overcomes me, since last December that is, they are becoming more...intense?  all-encompassing?   paradigm-shattering?  All of those, and more.

That is all for now.  I can say more, but words are so inferior to the reality one can experience during this time.  I just want to communicate telepathically.  Talking is cumbersome.  Dreaming is easy.  -S.C.-

Preamble: We should have by now discerned that some contours are missing on our road map due to filtering/lenses as observed in diverse tapestries.

So here we go with some related threads:

Time lines are fast fading out into the fabrics of no time; hence linear dates are no longer valid – have no significance anymore. The reason why the stretch ahead is kind of dodgy/unsettling - patience is the master key. The good news here is that the version adopted - gentle/gradual ascension has a better yield accompanied by less destruction.

The Astro surge of the Equinox tells us that we still have some remnant activations/codes to integrate - upgrades. These very intense/cruel downloads have literally torn apart our 3D vessels (new symptoms have surfaced as well as intensification of some previously experienced slots) and their effects will linger for a while for things to settle/take dominion. This acceleration/approach although debilitating has been prevalent for the simple reason that this cycle is now closing down – last incarnation; and all foreign energies to the higher dimensions must be resolved once and for all.

The long pending issue of skipping 4D during our transition, namely moving from 3D directly to 5D has been resolved through the adjunction of a new item on the dash board – an innovation so to speak. A 4D bypass/bridge is being consolidated by the administrators to this effect (Grin… this project may not look as fluid as we initially anticipated).
