As usual, Karen's wisdom cuts through the "distortions", as she calls them, of the "old 3D created reality".  The commonly held new age concept of the "pain body" as something that we must accept and deal with is in fact a fallacy - a construct of the repressive and limited thinking that was part of the old Earth paradigm.  What is suggested here is that we can move away from the pain body by understanding that we don't need it at all, and that we have been programmed by guilt and destructive familiar bonds which have kept us in a limited perspective.  We have in a sense been brainwashed to think we must absorb the emotions of others, and by doing so have inhibited our own growth.  Bringing to the surface the illusion of pain and the so-call "pain body", we can begin to shed the idea and adopt a much healthier, loving and light-filled outlook on emotions and spiritual growth.  This is one of the absolute best ways, in my opinion, to assist in the forward momentum of our collective expansion into higher consciousness.   By taking care of ourselves, we project the energy of health and spiritual and emotional well being, which I believe to be a great gift to the world. ~Sharda~

Many of you at this time may be in deep frustration around the manifestation of that which resides deep within your heart space. I have blogged upon the creation of the New Earth and my two latest books Birthing the New Earth and Exiting the Old 3D earth reality cover the various aspects of releasing the frequencies that hold you to the old 3D earth reality.

The “Pain Body” is often talked about and discussed especially within what is termed “spirituality”, this teaching seeks to teach that the “pain body” is that which surrounds our human vehicles. When someone triggers you then you are taught that this is the triggering of said pain body.  This is a deeply distorted teaching for many have anchored this as TRUTH and have allowed the old 3D earth reality to teach them to ACCEPT that the pain body is something that comes along with the human vehicle. This is NOT TRUTH and is not supported within the New Earth frequency realities.  It is a created construct that was taught to those within the old 3d earth reality in order to justify and explain what was constructed in said reality.


Much like “karma” is a created concept then so also is the pain body.  As only TRUTH can be taken into the New Earth then the pain body concept and the distorted frequency this relates to must be RELEASED. It is not TRUTH to trigger pain and to deal with pain over and over again, this is an echo of the construct of the old 3d earth where pain is the very foundation of the human life experience, without said pain the old 3d earth construct could never have been built.

At this time huge energetic surges of the New Earth frequencies are pushing all scenarios that may trigger the “pain body” frequency in order to reveal said frequency, you can only release something that you can see, this frequency has remained hidden in plain view for eons. Over and over again you may have accepted that you lived in a karmic frequency, you may have accepted that you have gone through karmic relationships but this does not make any of it TRUTH. ALL was a construct to explain the old 3d earth created distortions that occur through the containment and suppression of the NATURAL flow of the LOVE that IS.

As I detail in the books the triggering of pain in relation to personal relationships is created within the old 3d earth construct in order to keep you from expansion. Whilst you believe that to “LOVE” involves emotional pain then you are contained within a construct that seeks to keep you from opening your heart space.  LOVE JUST IS and YOU ARE.  Those who have incarnated upon this planet in order to move out of the old 3D earth created reality are here to live TRUTH and to create heaven upon earth.

I am not stating that in the New Earth you will not experience sadness, grief and anger, what I am stating is that you will allow these emotions to FLOW THROUGH your human vehicle, the experience of them does not cause the pain it is the KEEPING HOLD of these emotions that produces the overwhelming pain that many of you may be re-experiencing at this moment. You are asked by your SOUL to allow the FLOW of these emotions (frequencies). By allowing FLOW you release and you come back into balance, to keep tight hold will see you in excruciating pain and re-triggering the pain body which of course is the very reason that your SOUL has placed you in the situation that you find yourself within.

It is to be noted that the human family is the arena in which the triggering is most violent and I use this word deliberately, human families can often be arenas of emotional violence. The pushing down of emotions in order to “spare” another family member pain is not love it is containment.  It is self destruct wrapped up in a teaching of distortion. A box that looks like a xmas present that actually contains a rattlesnake. The rattlesnake coiled deep within your human vehicle will strike out at anyone or any situation that threatens its survival and many of you will be staggered to realise how much you hold on to pain for others around you. This is not TRUTH and is not supported in the New Earth.

LOVE JUST IS, it is not pouring your pain into those around you and it is not allowing those around you to pour their pain into you. Many of you have allowed this blinded by the teachings that teach you about “family responsibility” and “family ties”. This is a construct to keep you blind and in a lower dimensional frequency. The only person who can release the pain that you have been taught to keep deep within your human vehicle is YOU. The only person who can give you permission to release it is YOU for those around you are NOT YOU, they do not and cannot know how you feel for they do not live within your human vehicle.  There are many teachings that seek to teach “same” and this is not TRUTH, family members for example who have “shared” in the grief of losing a member of their family filter said loss through their OWN emotions and human vehicles, therefore they cannot share exactly the same responses. Many of you have taken on the extra responsibility of storing the emotions of those around you and these emotions now come up for release.

It is to be noted that this journey is overseen by your SOUL at all moments of all moments. If at this moment you feel you are going round in circles then note this, the “circle” is the FREQUENCY that is blinding you, triggering you and then blinding you so that it can remain hidden. The deeper the teaching of distortion the more drama it will attempt to trigger around you to keep you blind.
At this time you are asked to remain in balance and allow the FLOW of the emotions through your human vehicle. This is all, you do not need to go into the details of the scenarios from which the emotions stem from, some of them will be this incarnation and some of them will be from others, for ALL IS NOW and you have lived the same frequency cycles for eons, all the while taught that this was natural and this is not TRUTH.

Pain is not a natural part of the human life experience it was a NECESSARY CONSTRUCT of the old 3d earth reality. It has kept the human race in chains for eons and now the human race is asked to release fully this frequency. Beyond the tears, beyond the pain that is felt as the release takes place are the rainbows, they have always been there, like a rainbow after a shower of rain they have been denied to the human race for its entire existence within the old 3d earth created reality.

Now at the very dawn of the New Earth you are asked to look to the skies and understand that LOVE JUST IS and that the rainbows are sent from ALL at this time for ALL JUST IS and YOU ARE in TRUTH.
