This video documentary highlights the beauty and majesty of the White Lions of Timbavati and their plight to remain unharmed on the planet. The footage shows the gorgeous landscape of South Africa and brings us intimately close to the adult lions and their cubs.
Why this is a very important and deeply heartfelt labor of love is explained to us as we come to understand how the work to save these lions has developed. This is such a grassroots undertaking by simple people who love the animals, love the Earth and truly understand the relationship is a delicate balance that must be maintained. And not to forget. of course, like the White Buffalo Calf of Native American heritage, the White Lions of Timbavati are sacred manifestations of ancient prophecy. These animals are born at this particular time to assist us in our personal and planetary evolution. The African Shamans, the Showers of the Way, hold these animals in reverence and respect; they are, however, noticeably absent from this documentary.
I am hoping as more and more people become aware of the barbaric slaughter of these rare animals, and many animals in Africa and the world, it will assist in reaching a non-violent and peaceful co-existence with all species.
