Here's the dealio - it is time to drop that which no longer works!  We are being told this, left right and center, for a reason.  How is that done?  In a nutshell, it is about changing how we think by our exercising conscious effort. And listening to what our heart is telling us.  Having a negative thought or emotion?  Switch gears.  Move into your heart space.  Feeling blamed, or playing the victim?  Stop what you are doing, grab a cup of tea and go sit down.  Close your eyes and breathe into your heart.  It might be feel taut or even physically painful because there are all kinds of knots in there.  It is much easier (or used to be easier) deferring to the mind (warning:  tread at your own risk.)  Ask yourself, "Where is my heart guiding me?  What is my heart telling me?  What does my heart want me to do?"   I say this because this is the very same lesson I, too, am learning.  But I can speak confidently when I say that this is a practice - the more you do it, the better you become at it, and changes will take effect. Bear in mind that this is not an emotion or impulsive prompting.  It is a contemplative and thoughtful unfolding that will be understood as coming from Truth. It will get to the point that consulting your heart or higher mind will be the only thing that feels comfortable - everything else will begin to feel awkward and bulky.  The heart (en)lightens everything.  It never insists or pushes us - it waits patiently for us to enter.  Reflecting on the heart is like learning a new language:  worlds open up, and new a communication is born.  -Sharda-

I don't believe I have yet read or heard the phrase "Quantum Consciousness".  Not only does it resonate, it is another one of those examples wherein an Ascended Master will insert a phrase or concept just a little bit beyond our grasp of understanding or experience.  In this way, we keep reaching for the next level.  This is not only the general modus operandi of our guides and teachers, but it has now become the accepted, and expected, method for us to be propelled forward.  We can't really stop and rest on our laurels, unless we want to.  But why wait?  We were in a holding pattern prior to December 2012, and the year 2013 was a raging bitch for most everyone.  (Sorry about the 'B' word - I guess my New Year's resolution didn't stick). The rebirth of unification is here as the spring equinox is amplifying the oneness as a collective consciousness. In those times our Lemurian consciousness and embodiments were of a very high and refined rate. In those days we stood beyond the need for a physical expression as we were lifted up in a higher state of awareness. Those were light bodies we were embodying at that time and so there was a shift in consciousness simultaneously as we were bypassing the borders of “death” and taking ona the form of a light body.

In this short video, Meline Lafont simplifies some already familiar aspects of our personal ascension process.  She points out that we really have to just get used to the continual symptoms that occur as a result of all the clearing and cleansing.  It's a big deal because our physical bodies are so dense, she says, that there really is no other option.  If you resist it, it becomes more difficult.  Go with it but don't engage - it must play itself out.

Unless it becomes really bad for me (which fortunately it has not in a while) I don't even try to alleviate the symptoms.  Partly because it doesn't really prevent anything from taking place - so any effort on my part is no more that a detour or a diversion.  As well, I have come to a point that when I am experiencing moments or hours of cleansing issues, I would rather be fully cognizant of them rather that disguise them with a remedy, even if that remedy is holistic.  I prefer to see exactly where I am at and what I have to learn.  Observing it gives me a kind of gauge, I can better know my level of progress as I move through a difficult time.  Coming through to the other side of an intense releasing period is like reaching a new plateau - it is always enjoyable to take in a new view after having lightened another previously constricted part of ourselves.

Greetings, my beloved friends, it is I, Saint Germain providing news, a lot of news actually. Now and then I enjoy stepping in with important news referring more to present events while at other times I prefer to give you more profound actualizations which are having a deeper impact on your Ascension process. Well, this message contains both approaches.

The year 2014, which is the first year of the actualization of all your wishes, your realities, your creations and your preparations, has already brought about many initial shifts. For starters I am more specifically referring to the intense solar flares which are having an enormous impact on your Earthly reality and also on your current consciousness and your embodiment.

Never underestimate those enormous powers and impulses as they represent a crucial link in this global Ascension process. More than ever they rush towards you with more powerful impulses and at an even faster pace than you could ever imagine. Be forewarned, my friends, it will all intensify and increase even more! This will help to achieve more awakenings and more shifts coming to pass in your Earthly reality. Up until now, the increase in solar flares has been a kind of ‘terra incognita’, an unknown region for many of you because the intensity of those flares has never reached such proportions as they have now.

Dearest Michael, can you elaborate more on the ways in which this current process of Ascension will be actualized in our reality, in this Now moment on this current frequency?

Archangel Michael:

Presently Gaia is subdivided in various frequencies comprised of different vibrations representing the Dimensions. On the one hand there is the old matrix, representing the 3^rdDimension but on the other hand there are a number of higher frequencies vibrating at the 4^th, the 5^thand even the 6^thDimension, They all are present on Gaia in the Now. That’s the reason so many of you feel themselves increasingly living on different Dimensions in a conscious way. In fact, all of you are multidimensional beings and you are experiencing and undergoing this feature progressively.

The Earth has an exact duplicate of Herself in a holographic substance, I am not referring to another world far away, rather I refer to a reflection of this Gaia, capable of maintaining the frequency of a 3D matrix. As Gaia Herself is residing more and more in Her higher frequency, all the ones of you capable of maintaining and embodying this higher light frequency will be torn away out of this old 3D matrix and will evolve alongside Gaia in Her process of Ascension, all being One. This will result in the fact that the 3D matrix will no longer be nurtured and will wither away and dissolve in this reality of Gaia.

The Pleiadians ~ The Consciousness of Teleportation

I honestly can't believe that we are even having this conversation.   In the best possible way, of course!  The capacity or capability to teleport is the summum bonum of letting go.  In this case, letting go of any structures of the old 3D paradigm to which we may have been, or still are, attached.  The message strongly emphasizes the genuine need to move beyond what we have taken to be real in order to prepare ourselves to experience our innate capabilities of teleportation, which are now coming into our consciousness.  That consciousness, we are told, is generated from a purity of heart.  Accomplishing this is no small task, but one we are urged to consider if we are to further align with our Christ-consciousness and the I AM presence.  The I AM presence is descending, and we are the ones who are making this possible.   Time is disintegrating, allowing for unusual sensations of being "out of time" - a precursor to teleportation.   

The channeled messages are always a few steps ahead of where we are at in reality (down here).  No sooner have we worked through a period of growth and experiential learning curves, than we are on to the next step of our journey.  The messages are overlapping, prompting seekers of Truth less time to take it all in.  Which may very well be the point. The accelerated messages are coming at us with a sense of insistence, the subtext of which we are asked to keep pace.  If you are in it to win it, then take it seriously.   Time to throw off the gloves and surrender to the higher forces.  So be it.  TATAT SU.    -S.C.-

The Cartography of Ascension

This video speaks to a couple of things which I too have noticed recently, which in turn have been corroborated by several channelers such as Meline and Jill Renee Feeler (http://fengshuiserenity.blogspot.).  It is so interesting that in the few days I detached from the blog (deliberately - not because I was busy with other things) a new wave of subtler energy had been felt.  These things are getting more and more subtle, as if the points being made by our Higher Selves become the subtext of the greater picture.  The one is that, ego seems to have been noticed in pockets here and there among those who might have otherwise always proven ego-less (relatively speaking). And the other point, almost in balance to the ego-eruptions, is the more predominate sense of moving away from dependency on the messages and relying more upon one's own Self.

We have always known this, that the Self is the over-seer, the ever-present.  Only now we are getting a very tangible knowing of this - it is no longer a theory, we are beginning to own it.
