This is the 3rd or 4th posting I've done regarding April astrology.  That is because I am, a) truly fascinated by the magnitude of this cosmic event, b) looking for a sign of significant change, globally, and c) looking for a sign of significant change, personally.  Plus Salvador Russo adds a certain flavor to the mix - his interpretations are always uplifting and spiritual in nature.  Plus, who's not truly feeling the momentum of where we are right now?  The thing is, we all want this to be the change we are looking for, and although no one has  really come out and said this directly, it is in everyone's heart.  In lieu of speaking out how we feel, bloggers and the like have eluded to the same by having channels and astrology forecasts say it for us.  

I am saying, let's do this, because we are the ones that can make these amazing predictions happen.  If we hold back, cautiously weighing the improbability of these changes actually happening, we are further delaying their outcome.  Do we really need to read one more channeled message reminding us that a big shift is about to occur?  In three different places it's stated that the "event" (which I do not believe will happen this month.  Rather, this month lays important groundwork for the event) is something that happens in an instant.  Several days ago Cobra refers to it in his monthly radio interview, saying it will happen in a moment, and it will happen universally.  The Pleiadies  speak of one all-consuming shift that marks the end of one age and the beginning of another (Earth, Pleiadian Keys to the Living Library by Barbara Marciniak), written 20 years ago).  Finally, in the Lalita Sahasranam, the 1000 names of the Divine Mother Lalita, written 5,000 years ago, it is stated that "in a blink of an eye", the Goddess can create or destroy universes!  In the blink of an eye.  So really, a little planetary shift down here on quarantined Earth is not a big deal for the Goddess.  Keeping our hearts open and our minds clear and with faith, we can, as living breathing individuated embodiments of Light, encourage this New Planet to emerge.  -Sharda-

Who's feeling wonky?  I know I am.  This always happens - I am out of sorts due to some supposed external event (today being woken up by construction noise) which caused a decline in my mood.  But it isn't just that.  After going through several rituals of listening to guided meditations, laying down again, and even going to my favorite spot for a cup of coffee, I still felt...weird.  Weird and very vulnerable.  I can't even remotely engage in anything less than a vibe resonating in Love and Light - neither my mind nor eyes nor sensibilities can latch onto anything that projects 3D density.  And I live in Manhattan, so you can imaging what that must be like for a sensitive empath.  Any coarse energy cannot penetrate me, as I am well protected, but it just serves as an annoyance. Normally I need to make an effort not to be drawn in, but today there was no effort - I feel like I am in a bubble and no one can see me.  This is very much the witness perspective while at the same time I am hyper-aware of myself in my surroundings, particularly given how I can read people.  I don't stay out too long or it will prove to be a drain.  Luckily on my way home I slipped into a local garden and got some grounding love from the evergreens.  If there was a day to go out and hug a tree, it would be today.

The incredible alignment has only happened a handful of times in the last two thousand years but, remarkably, on each of the last three occasions it has coincided with a globally significant religious event.

Pastor and author John Hagee, from San Antonio, Texas, has written a book on the phenomenon. He believes tonight marks the dawn of a 'hugely significant event' for the world.

April Astrology and the Grand Cross ~ This is A Game Changer

The Cardinal Grand Cross is building over the next few weeks for later in April. Here's my take on it with a few other's thoughts and ideas thrown in.  The Full Moon eclipse of 15th April which is visible right here on the East coast of Australia will be spectacular and introduce the energies of the grand cross to the planet.   The rest of the time after will be the lead up to April 23/ 24th and the exact lineup.  The Moon also triggers the cross twice, before and after the 23rd.

Watch the Full Moon rise fully eclipsed on Tuesday evening the 15th April as it comes over the horizon.  It will be a beautiful sight with Mars above the Moon and Spice (fixed star) to the right.

There are times in astrological forecasting that astrologers get very excited or cautious about coming large scale transits.  This month of April is one of those occasions.

Early this year a Grand Cross began forming on and off in the Cardinal signs that will have large scale impacts on the world of politics, finance and social-cultural events (Cardinal signs are Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn). Over the last few years two of the outer planets are describing square aspects to one another that's grinding away at our stable institutions and shifting everything we've taken for granted.  Its the Uranus-Pluto square that's been operating since 2012.

Uranus and Pluto are two of the strongest of our outer planets and play a major part in establishing the impact of new trends downloaded into our world collective and doing so, they cause massive alterations in our social and political fabric. This year is the fifth in a series of squares to each other (lasting through until 2015) and these squares are aiding the shift to a more sensible economic and political world system and also bringing with them a gradual collapse (sometimes faster) of all the systems to which we have become accustomed. Expect governments to try out rigid controls as well. Along with change goes breakthroughs and Uranus-Pluto are always associated with scientific, technological and medical shifts.

The Solar Eclipse in Scorpio on Sunday is a chance to get in touch with what you really, really want the most. "Accept no substitutes" could be the motto. As the Sun and Moon meet in the eclipse, they are connected with Mars in Virgo and Pluto in Capricorn; so this is a chance to actually reach out for what's wanted, make plans for it, and step forward. Mars in Virgo can reveal concrete methods to get what you want.

Keep in mind that everyone is fired by strong desire on this Eclipse and likely to resent interference. Given the compulsive Pluto connection and the extra high eclipse energy level, silence is better than cautionary advice if you're near someone whose horoscope is involved. Also, don't forget that Mercury continues moving backwards, so the probability of misunderstanding is higher than normal. Biting your own tongue would be a lot less painful than a punch in the nose.

We're feeling disconnected on Monday as Venus prepares to leave Sagittarius for Capricorn. The Moon briefly joins Venus in Sagittarius after a VOID morning, giving way to some wishful thinking as she squares Neptune in the evening. There may be pressure to over-extend while trying to get everything checked off the list.

The amazing Grand Mystic Hexagon of July 2013 (http://fengshuiserenity.blogspot.com/2013/07/the-astrology-of-grand-mystic-hexagon.html) has now dissolved into a series of transfiguring geometric energy patterns called the Grand Cardinal Cross. What was beginning to come together in the Grand Sextile is now being brought into manifestation . Hurray! The planets involved create a large square shaped pattern in the heavens(w/a spread of 5-10 degrees permitted) and thus it is also known as the Grand Square. It is called a Cardinal Grand Cross, because  the planets in each corner of the 90 degree angle formed by the square, will be in one of the four Zodiac signs that astrologers refer to as Cardinal.

This word means first, and comes from the Latin cardinalis, with the meaning of principal or pivotal, and each mark the turning point of a temperate season. They were also called moveable by traditional astrologers because, as Bonatti said, the "air" changes when the Sun enters each of these signs, bringing a change of season.

The four cardinal signs are:

• Aries, Element of Fire- the Sun's passage through which begins the Spring in the Northern Hemisphere and the Autumn in the Southern .

 The amazing thing about this cross is that it will not be an isolated incident but the geometry of the cosmos will create will 5 extraordinary permutations.

It will use Uranus, Pluto and Jupiter as an anchor forming a T-square, as you see, with one arm missing of the cross, and a rotating series of visiting planets to complete the cross .The rotating element is Air, as Libra will play host to all visiting planets, culminating in "The Big One"- An Exact Grand Cross formation in April.

On July 29, 2013 a very unusual formation in the heavens will occur, when the planets of our solar system form a Grand Sextile .  In astrology a Sextile is created when 2 planets or other celestial bodies are 60 degrees apart . This Grand Mystic Hexagon is also known as the Star of David . It is a very rare and special galactic event, occurring four days after the Mayan New year or Day Out of Time (July 25, 2013) .

This past Cosmic Moon, the last of the 7 Mystic Moons of the Mayans, contained an incredible set of planetary alignments .  The inner planets will now move into aspects with the outer planets already in position . With the Galactic Synchronization taking place on July 29, 2013 - the Moon with the planets Jupiter and Mars (both conjunct on this day), Venus, Saturn, Pluto and Neptune align to form the Grand Mystic Hexagon . It is interesting to note historically, that the ancient name for the month of August was Sextile, before its name change to honor Emperor Augustus . Sextiles are communicative and relationship-friendly aspects, providing a flowing, high-energy, harmonious connections . The planets involved perfectly and actively exchange their energies. Sextiles are favorable and help provide easy  movement of energies that are capable of being directed.They are more concrete than with a Trine and are expressed more outwardly .  A Sextile reveals the potential for intelligent use of the energies, thus helping to usher us along a path of least resistance . The Trines

The Grand Sextile will include two Grand Trines, which will be in the feminine signs of Water and Earth.  These two elements provide positive and harmonious aspects to this awe inspiring geometric alignment of the planets.

A Trine is formed when planets or other celestial bodies are 120 degrees apart, providing an easy, flowing connection, posited in signs belonging to the same element .  A Grand Trine in general indicates great ease and harmony. Here we are in July already, where does time go?  We made it through the first six months of this year and what a ride that was. The Summer Solstice and the full moon brought lots of storms and flooding in various places. The large flooding in Calgary was caused by the conjunction of the Sun and Jupiter at the Summer Solstice. Jupiter brings large events. The flooding in Calgary did as much damage to that city as Katrina did to New Orleans. Then of course there was the flooding in India and China.

The storms and flooding will continue as Jupiter continues to move through the sign of Cancer. It will be there for one year. This will cause more water events from the Midwest to the Southeast and to the East Coast of the United States. Other parts of the world will also experience more storms and flooding.  Water also rules emotions so this will continue to be a very emotional year.

When something has momentum it takes more of an effort to change its course, and less of an effort to move it in the direction it is already going. This is a tricky month as momentum will take hold in whatever direction you happen to be putting your focus and energy.

For example, if you are in a bad mood, that mood is in danger of gathering momentum. If you are focused on a creative project of your choosing, it will also gather momentum. It is very important that you are focused on the things you want in your life at this time for they are the ones that will gather momentum.

This is a highly creative and productive time. The challenge will be to stay directed and to have the discipline to move yourself out of situations and away from negativity that you would rather not be gathering momentum around. This will take discernment, the use of good boundaries and a commitment to some truth telling about what serves you and what does not.

If you find yourself in a downward spiral where everything seems to be falling apart in a big way, you may need to look at the truth of allowing something you have been holding onto to dissolve and leave your life. You may finally have the momentum to move yourself out of a situation that is not healthy or serving. On the other hand, a creative project that is aligned with spirit may have just been waiting for such a time to take off.
