I am having a moment with Nahko Bear, and want to share in hopes he gives expression to something inside of you, also.  I love the hand-held uncut camera work; it allows us to get close to the artist and feel his singular vulnerability and range of emotion.  Nahko Bear is the real deal - he has the strength of his native people and the poetry of one who is awake.  I listen to Nahko Bear when I feel like shit.  And today is one such day.  Nothing is making sense and I could care less about anything.  Anything.   Then I listened to his music and watch him give of his art, and I remember to remember.  Listening to him reminds me not to get too far removed from the things an artist lives for.  I get pulled back to the original center that I came in with.  And I can breath again.

Dear reader: One of my favorite teachers and mentor was Dr Frank Stranges a true being of great love and light. He and I became very close in the last few years before he moved on to his reward. Our lunches and time together filled me with deep understanding and love for the crew of Victor one which is commander Val's flagship on earth. Dr Frank told me where to go to lake mead and I know where victor one sits. One week before he died he told me Val said I was directly under the shadow of Victor one. Here is an article from Harley Byrd with much information from Dr Frank who met Val Thor at the Pentagon. Dr Frank told me many interesting stories about his on going visits aboard victor one. He had his life threatened on numerous occasions and was protected by VAL and the other crew members of the emissary’s from Venus. Valiant Thor: In mid-March, 1957, we received an urgent message from the Alexandria Police Department. The message indicated that two of their on-duty police officers had picked up an alien who had landed some 14 miles south of Pentagon Boulevard, and the occupant was transported to the Pentagon to meet with the Under Secretary of Defense and then shuttled underground to meet with President Eisenhower and Vice President Richard Nixon. The meeting lasted for nearly an hour and then, the alien visitor was put on VIP status and was shuttled back to the Pentagon where he spent the night in the Army reception office on the first floor near the concourse. This alien’s name was Valiant Thor.

Bashar makes the point that this is the official notification that first contact is imminent. and that the Galactics, under no uncertain terms, will make their presence known on Earth.  Not that that has not happened - he goes into a little detail here recalling several significant mass sightings of their craft. He urges everyone, in whatever capacity available to them, to spread this message far and wide.  I don't know everything about Bashar, certainly, but there is a different tone to his message in this video.  He wants to get the message across particularly strong here that first contact must happen, and by sharing the information here, as is, will help the cause quite significantly.

Hello dear ones…I am speaking today about Love in a form many of you have never seen or felt before in quite this fashion. By now many of you are experiencing Love in a broader perspective and sense than what you have been used to. It has now become of the quintessence of your very being. Many of you walk, talk and experience Love in every moment of your day. It has become a constant companion and driving force to all your actions and definition of your Being.

And so, Love now encompasses ready compassion for all Beings and an empathy and understanding of others that comes so natural to you. Yet, while you encompass all Beings, you also remain detached in a way that compels you to allow others to walk their own path and feel their own pain and learn their lessons on their own.

In a sense, you are your brother and sister’s keeper only in the sense that you are One with them, but allowing at the same time of their individual growth and evolution and path. Harmony with others is becoming for many of you your mantra, your way of being. A deep sensitivity allows you to tune in now to all around you yet maintain your equilibrium and dance to the tune of your own light signature and essence.
