Video: Arcturus RA Speaks on Behalf of the Arcturian Council

ALthough this message was intended primarily for the date of December 21, 2012, the information is more relevant as we look at what we can expect in the new year.   Arcturus RA dismisses any fear-based knowledge and says that "fear-based knowledge cannot help you to evolve".   His message goes deeper into what kinds of changes will take place following the planetary alignment of 12/21/12.   His talk takes us from the thick veil that hovered during the eras of WWI and WWII and the enslavement structure of time, to how we can assume ownership of our Galactic citizenry.
