The Violet Consuming Flame Visualization

Keep the attention still and concentrated, and keep feeling the Violet Consuming Flame passing through your body until the Joy and Happiness of Its Power begin to make you feel lighter and more at ease. Remain within this, and feel It is God’s Forgiving Mercy; and Its Great Loving Purity comes into you and just loves to consume every particle of substance which does not produce Perfection.

Realize that the Love in this Violet Consuming Flame loves to release all substance from you which is not qualified with Eternal Purity. Then you will love that Violet Flame more! As you love It, It will love you; and It will love away all the substance that appears as limitation. Therefore, the more you use It, the more It will bless you. The more It becomes real and the more you draw It forth for others, the more you automatically raise yourselves.

Video: Pierre Dubois Shares the Wisdom of Balancing the Heart and the Mind

Thank to Meryl

This is the second time in 3 days I have seen someone describe this technique. It must be a sign.  The path to uniting ourselves with Source, according to Mr. Dubois, is as simple as uniting our heart with our head.  His method for balancing the mind and the heart is very easy and very effective.  Additionally, he explains how we can connect to the central Sun, the meaning of the upcoming 'galactic core alignment' and how to create a torsion field around ourselves.  He reminds us that "ascension is the most natural process in the world".  Huh.  Okay.  Let's do this then!   -S.C.-

Sanskrit Words You Might Find Useful -- you can look these over once you've watched the video to get a better idea of the concepts he is speaking of.

In Hindu philosophy the antahkarana (Skt.) refers to the totality of two levels of mind, namely buddhi (intellect, a.k.a. anandamaya kosa or karanopadhi) or higher mind, and manas (vijnanamaya kosa,) the middle level or levels of mind that according to Theosophy exist as or include the mental body. Antahkarana is called the link between the middle and higher mind, and is described as the reincarnating part of the mind.[1]
In Vedāntic literature the antahkaraṇa (internal organ) is organised into four parts:[2]
  1. Ahamkāra (ego) — the part that identifies the Atman (the Self) with the body as 'I'),
  2. Buddhi (intellect) — the part that controls decision taking
  3. Manas (mind) — the part that controls sankalpa (will or resolution)
  4. Chitta (memory) — the part that deals with remembering and forgetting
Another description says: the entire psychological processes, mind+emotions, are composing the mind levels, as described above, which mentioned as an unit that functions with all parts working together as a whole, is "Antahkarana". also, when considering that mind levels are bodies, they are: manomayakosha - related to manas - the part of mind related to five senses, and also craving for new and pleasant sensations and emotions, while budhi (intellect, intelligence, capacity to reason), is related to vijnanamayakosha - the body of knowledge, intuition, experience.
Also Antahkarana refers to a symbol of Reiki-hand healing method.
